"I would like to take this time to give a special thank you to Brittany N RN (ER Nurse). Brittany was extremely loving in helping the MD care for our 83 year old mother. Brittany was very compassionate and understanding with her. I had the opportunity along with other family member that dropped by the ER to check on our Family Matriarch. When I showed up and finally met the voice which I had spoken to on the phone, I was blessed by her contagious personality and smile. I truly appreciate the respect, love shown, patience, and understanding she personally gave to our Mother. I pray that HCA know of the awesome person they have in Brittany. Jennifer was sick and pleasant verifying and directing me and Venus was a real delight checking me in and welcoming me in for my ex rays. "I chose this hospital because I was a previous employee that worked overnight security when the pandemic first hit. I saw first hand how great the doctors, nurses, staff, and even dietary were towards their patients and that helped me determine that this is where I would feel safe bringing my dad.
