"Showed up early for my appointment. Sat and waited. Called to the back only to find out the tech had left for lunch and I would have to wait an hour. The person speaking to me never turned around to look at me. Sat and looked at her computer and told me I could go to another location or wait an hour. The person at lunch was the only one there who could do my test. Came back in a hour. Called back. Who do you think did my test???? Rude person. ????? Very poor customer service."

"Went there without an appointment. Checked in. It would be nice if the system that is used can tell you what number you are.. (20). I sat down and waited 15 minutes and no one was called back, another 5 minutes goes by, and one person was called back.. it was 11:35, and according to the board, they had check ins from 11:00am. I left and went to Walgreens. In and out in 15 minutes.."

"Go extremely early in the morning or prepare to wait a long time or have your appointment canceled. There’s no human interaction by the staff in the waiting room. It’s all done on the computer. If you can’t figure out how to enter your information in the computer in 10 minutes they will cancel your reservation and you will be considered standby. Rediculous. I’ve been using computers since 1985 and it was not that easy for me."

"My experience here was awful. Brittany (staff member) embarrassed me in front of everyone in the waiting area by questioning my parenting and making assumptions about my children and myself. I had an appointment for a drug screen for an employer and I scheduled my daughters appointment right after mine. No where did it say I was not able to bring my children along with me to my appointment. When Brittany called my name for my appointment she began to explain I could not have my children accompany me. That’s fine. But the way she handled it was completely unprofessional. She made me feel incompetent as a mother. She embarrassed me not only in front of my children but also other patients waiting. I have never had someone make me feel as low as she did. I will never go back here."
