"Front desk is clean nice. As for the back; dirty in most places. also watch the changing room door, the door is installed upside down. so when your looking at the door on the out side , you can see all of whom ever taking clothes. sure it was an oversite."

"Awful service, 45 minutes waiting for CT scan after 0830 appointment and a very rude person at the front desk. Last time I will come back to this place!!! UPDATE: I want to update this review. I am changing it to 3 stars because I went for an appointment for an MRI on my R Knee to Advance MRI and Imaging and this time the lady at the front desk was nice to me. It appears she either has some very, very bad days or people she talks with on the phones and those who come in are making her like this. I am nice to everybody, I don't care who you are, that is what the Lord gave me in my new life. Treat others as you would want them to treat you. You don't treat others as they treat you because what good is that? I believe in truth and honesty and I feel like this needs to be updated because it would be unfair for her and Advance MRI and Imaging. They were on time and I had no problems whatsoever. Whoever read the MRI images did a great job per the Surgeon because during surgery the surgeon said he seen what the radiologist reported."

"Neurologist asked for x-rays to locate cause of severe pain, advanced mri stated they were to busy and said it would be 2 more weeks. Advent told me to come immediately."

"I had a great experience when I got my MRI. There was a gentleman that did the MRI by the name of Rudy and he didn't exceptional job by making me comfortable or as comfortable somebody can be when laying on those hard surfaces. The wait was short and they had the CD disc available almost immediately. Five stars for MRI imaging!"

"I've been going here for years without any problems. The staff in back doing the MRI's and X-ray's are always pleasant and helpful. The front desk has a staff, but only one person seems to be the one that can answer any questions, answers the phone, or makes appointments. She is the same person I have always talked to. I even recognize her voice over the phone. I called to make an appointment, over the phone as I had done over the years. She always told me to bring my doctor's orders in with me. This time my doctor was from out of town and sent the orders with me. I was told the doctor was asking for several tests and he was supposed to get my insurance approval and fax the orders to her. I tried that and the Doctor's office said all I needed to do was give Advance MRI my orders and they would file for insurance on their end. I was feeling like a ping pong ball. When I called back I told her this and told her I would bring the orders in and wait for her to call me back with an appointment as we had done many times in the past. This time she was rushed and in a bad mood. She cut me off in mid sentence saying didn't have time to explain this because she had 3 other people waiting on the phone. Two days later she called me to make my appointment, 2 weeks out. After 2 weeks, the day of the appointment I was called and she was canceling my appointment. My next appointment was another 2 week wait because it was big order. I called Florida Imaging in Sebring, also recommended by my insurance company and now have an appointment within 3 days. Sadly, because of one receptionist attidude I will not be going back to Advance MRI ."
