"There office manager is very rude. they gave me an appointment to the wrong facility and blame me for being a no show then have the nerves to tell me to find a different doctor moving forward that they would no long see me as a client but I wanted to know how would I be a no show if I showed up to one of there facility due to them given me the wrong location address For the appointment. If you value clients that’s is differently not the way you would treat people specially in the business of health care when there job is to help. I wouldn’t even send my dog there they way they acted and if you are waiting for an appointment be prepared to wait for a month ."

"Horrible , horrible , horrible!!!!!!!!!!This has to be the worst Doctors office I’ve ever encountered. The are extremely rude, unprofessional, incompetent and have no sense of customer service at all. The Dr. himself actually seemed pretty awesome when he was one of my physicians while I was in the hospital and he had me schedule a follow up with his office after I was released. However because of his administrative staff I never made it into the offices. It began with a supervisor calling me and Boeing extremely rude and aggressive about me getting my lab work before my visit. When she called I was extremely sick and on the phone with my primary care physician trying to get in . I politely asked her to call me back in a few minutes and she went on a rant and hung up. She never called me back and subsequently I had to reschedule. I took off from work to get the lab work done the following week but the lab had never received a request. I called in and they swore that it was sent and then sent me to a different lab instead. When I went to the second lab it wasn’t event a lab , it was a processing center that did not see patients so I called in again and was sent to a different location. When I arrived at the new location I was told they never received any request so I called to office again and was sent to LabCorp. When she gave me the address it was 20 minutes away from my house and I told the rep there was one right across the street from were I was so she said she would send it there. When I arrived again there was no lab request sent so I called back but the office was now closed for lunch. It was 12pm and I had been running around trying to get this lab since 8am and missing my entire shift at work. I wait at the office and call back and speak to someone name Corey who states she will resend it through efax I ask her several times to send it electronically as the lab requested but she refused. I sit and wait for another 40 minutes and no request ever arrives. I call back and speak to Corey agin and this time she blames the labs fax and I ask her so all 4 labs you sent me too had bad face machines even though they were different companies and she says yes. So in the end I missed an entire day from work for nothing and ended up walking out of the lab and canceling my appointment."
