"Dr. Torres is fine and has been helpful in the past. However of the 5-6 times I’ve visited the doctor here I’ve had to wait no less than 2 hours before being seen. This practice is poorly run and needs more staff."

"always busy, minimum waiting is an hour just to be seen less then 10 minutes. We are always hoping this to change but it is clear that numbers mean more then patients and for that i would be changing my lady’s primary doctor. The staff are nice and respectful and i feel bad for them because being so booked it’s a lot of stress for them. Also the place seems so deteriorated since the first time we came here."

"I absolutely love the NP here but the people at the front desk are AWFUL and never know what’s going on. I go there every month, once a month and they never know why I’m there and try to charge me for something different every time I go. They are extremely rude and never helpful in anyway. I asked for documents showing my visits here and the woman looked at me like I had lost my mind and proceeded to tell me I have to pay $1 a piece for that information. I am going to find somewhere else to go as soon as I can. I hate it because the NP I see is so sweet but I can’t deal with the front desk women much longer. Do better, you see sick people everyday and I’ve watched you all treat them terrible as well. I wish I could give no stars if I’m being honest."

"My first appointment was a couple days ago. The wait was a little long but I understand how it is when you have multiple new patience. Non the less Dr. Torres was a very cool down to earth understanding Dr. This was also my first time having a male Dr. He made me feel really comfortable. I just moved to Tampa I think I have found my permanent doctor."
