"Nice and clean, but totally ineffective and a waste of time. After 2 weeks and 3 visits for ear wax removal, I was informed the clinic was limited in its ability to perform the job. They should stick to vaccinations."

"Like others said, waste of time. NP Courtney won’t prescribe for anything and will recommend OTCs, doesn’t do full exam, and tested for flu/COVID despite no symptoms. Go to MedExpress on BBD instead. Facility is nice and ability to book online is great. If there are other providers, you could have a better experience than me."

"Do not come here! This should not be called a clinic, nurse practitioner Courtney refused to prescribe an inhaler for asthmaic symptoms. Stated she would call 911 if needed but would not prescribe my maintance medication and even refused to prescribe a rescue inhaler, stating it was policy. Made me feel like I was asking for narcotics instead of a simple inhaler. CVS sells over the counter inhalers yet the clinic is unable to prescibe inhalers due to "policy". Why do you give the option online for asthma but refuse to actually help people who come in with asthamic problems? I was helped by the medexpress near by, skip CVS minute clinic and go see a real clinic that can prescribe you what you really need."

"I was able to make an appointment, get in, diagnose I had the flu, & retrieve the medications I needed to feel better all in the same day within about an hour. Crazy easy, affordable, and comforting. The NP Courtney Charneski was so incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She advised me on everything I needed and got me on the track to feeling better very quickly. 10/10 would recommend her and this clinic to anyone."

"Don't bother. Not even for a Covid Test. Appointment set for 9:30AM, showed up 15 min early as requested. 15 minutes pass my scheduled appointment they began seeing patients who came in after me. I wait another 15 minutes before leaving. They call me once I'm already on the road. They're only excuse is the other patient had an appointment. So did I! Wasted an hour of my morning for a test that would've taken 2 minutes which I didn't even get."
