"We waited over an hour JUST TO DISCOVER A DOCTOR WASNT EVEN HERE. They are doing virtual appointments in house! What a WASTE of time. If you need your ears or throat checked, go somewhere else. Wow this is actually crazy. Why even OPEN?"
"THERE IS NO URGENT CARE USF, this is AdventHealth Urgent Clinic."
"Awesome...great staff and Doctor Dallas was great and so was Brandy."
"I just returned home without treatment from this clinic. There were a large number of patients in the waiting room and the women at the front desk were very friendly. One of them took my ID and insurance card and placed it, on her desk, at the end of a long line of IDs that were waiting to be entered into their system. She then told me it would be about an hour and a half wait. As I waited for my turn i observed receptionist grab an I'd from her line and began entering the data at a rate that made her appear to be less than efficient in her typing skills. Before she completed this task she struck up a conversation with her co-receptionist about the new coffee in the break room. This would not have bothered me had she made an attempt to keep typing. I then overheard someone saying that they had been there for over two hours and that maybe they would be next. As I paced the floors I heard details from the front desk about new coffee in the brake room, trips to Puerto Rico, cookies, yet she was still not entering any data. No one was called up to have there license returned to them. I was couldn't help but to wonder if this was contributing to the long wait time. I understand that the doctors can only see so many patients at a time and the rate of data entry is independent of the rate at which patients are seen to a certain extent but, I felt like this was slowing down the process. While I was there three patients left from the treatment area and none were called back or up to get their IDs. I'm not sure how it has become so acceptable in our society to do as little as possible for a paycheck. This behavior is not conducive to an efficient nor even a smooth running environment. I guess what I'm saying is pack a lunch you are gonna be there all day."
"Took my girlfriend here once. Nice and clean inside. Staff was nice too."
