"This was the best medical experience I ever had. Everyone was kind but the biggest thing is that I felt like I was listened too. I had a leg issue that had been going on for 90 days and I had become immobile and was in severe pain. I had been bounced around back and fourth at some other hospitals for weeks and nobody was listening to me and I felt like there was no care or concerns about my pain. Johnny Diaz was amazing. For the first time I felt like someone was actually listening to what I was saying and actually took my injury serious. I felt hopeless and that I was just going to be bounced around and get no answers. Johnny walked me through the process of using the mysanitas app and walked me through the entire process to guide me in the direction I needed. He helped scheduled me an MRI, found me a new primary care provider. He was patient and explained everything to me. I'm a huge fan of the app. Johnny is the best. Thank you for everything."
