"Do not go here if you value your health. Receptionists are rude. They will hang up the phone on you when they know they made a mistake. Doctors seems to prescribe the same thing for every single cold/flu/covid symptom. Thank God i went to a hospital after I couldn't get a hold of this horrible office after the “telehealth appt” that lasted 6 min, the hospital prescribed the right treatment for my diagnosis."

"I have had a hand few of caring Doctors and Dr. Perocier was just added to that hand of mine. I love a doctor that does not push drugs(MEDS). She is hands on OLD SCHOOL, not one of those that sits in a chair asks questions and evaluates you by never checking you physically. She is now my new primary. My last one that did not want to see me because I did not take the meds he gave me to keep refilling. The staff are very kind. The only thing you have to deal with is Waiting but I found this to be true with most doctors, when left in the exam room for to long you find yourself going crazy and end up needing a psychological visit instead."

"I was highly disappointed with the service and did not receive any care that I could not have figured out on my own. Both appointments were over an hour late. One appointment took over 3 hours. Dr. Perocier stated that she was going to give me some names for some specialists and never did. She sent me for some blood work and when I came back she spent the first half of the appointment talking to me in spanish, which I do not understand. Even when I asked her to speak english she kept going in Spanish. She literally took the report from the lab, pointed to each number then showed the normal range. I am a nurse and knew more than what she explained to me. Then she said she wanted me to take a vitamin and come back in 3 months. Dr. Perocier wanted me to come in for an office visit to get the orders for the blood work, then bill me for another appointment to read out loud what I can understand on my own. A waste of over 5 hours total and over $300 in bills. Unless you speak spanish fluently I suggest you find another doctor."

"Not very much organization. I tried to call for my follow up & was sent directly to voicemail several times until I changed my caller ID. If you try & send them a message in messenger, they will not respond. There’s no direst contact. Front desk assistant scheduled me for a Telehealth follow up but provided me with no details. Doctor has very little bedside manner. She did not introduce herself when entering the room instead just asked “What’s wrong?” She wore plain clothing, & sat down for the entirety of the checkup. I wasn’t aware she was the doctor until directly asking. Throughout the entire experience I felt like me being there was a hindrance more than anything. I’ve since found a new doctor who has addressed concerns in a more professional matter. If you’re a young adult, I’d seek treatment elsewhere."

"I have always dreaded the doctors office. Past experience gave me long wait hours and a professional telling me my problems were my weight. At RMP, they were friendly from the jump. Gaby in the front is competent in both Spanish and English. Appointment making was so easy. The friendly speech was pleasant as well. Julia is a great comedic relief and has a refreshing character. The few times I've seen her communicate with patients, she knows who they are by name, has years of experience in what she does, and is awesome. Lastly the doctor Perocier. She listened to all of my concerns. Albeit, we didn't address all of them due to priority reasons, we are working on all of them. She is kind in english and Spanish. The first appointment she send me right away for labs and a scan. They tell you to call anytime with questions and concerns. The 2nd appointment, she educated me on my values that were out of whack. And we followed up on the scan. So far, I feel heard. I barely communicated with Lourdes but seemed helpful which is understanble as she is usually busy. Everyone has a role and they do it perfectly in that office."
