"Victoria is an amazing PA! But unfortunately the actual OFFICE and clinical staff are a different story. They do not call back when you leave a message, due to them not answering the phone. Or they verbally say they’ll call you but then don’t. Has happened on multiple occasions now including last week! They are hit or miss on accommodating for important sick visits. If you have an injury and need x rays like I did, you will need to be seen in person which proves to be tough to get in as quick as necessary. I called on a Monday after injuring myself Saturday, and couldn’t get in until the following Monday. I was 10 minutes late due to something unavoidable so that’s on me. But when I’ve been late before, they seemed to have not had an issue. It was 10 minutes and no one told me my appt would be cancelled until I checked in and even apologized for being late. Also, when I’ve been early, they couldn’t check me in until the time of my appt. There was only one person in the waiting room so I’m unsure why they couldn’t fit me in. All I needed was an x ray order! It’s extremely frustrating that patients have to wait but when it’s turned around and we are late by only 10 minutes, we are refused. I changed my schedule around for this appt since it’s the first one they had available and it was a huge waste of my time. This is what drives people to urgent care when it’s not truly urgent. And that’s what drives up the wait times at urgent care. And try going to urgent care to get x rays - you get thrown around to other urgent cares because they all can’t afford to keep an x ray tech on staff even though all their windows say “x rays same day.” Fed up with it all."

"I have been a patient of Family Medicine of Hunter’s Creek since I moved to Orlando about 11 years ago. I have always been happy with the treatment I've received there. I find it easy to make appointments by phone and I have never been kept waiting when I come into the office. The doctor and other health care providers have always been friendly and professional. I feel fortunate to have found this practice and I'm happy to recommend it to friends."

"A total disappointment. Florida Hospital should do a close examination of this office that carries their name. Excessive billing, every appointment is considered a "long appointment". The only thing long is your wait for the doctor after she shoots the breeze with the other staff. It takes entirely too long to get a prescription refill when the pharmacy petitions the office via fax and phone. Office manager is nonchalant & indifferent when you express your concerns, useless."

"This was a wonderful location under Dr. Mojicar but after he left the place fell apart. Last straw was when they called and told me the Doctor needed to see me immediately even though I didn't have an appointment scheduled. Told them I was on vacation but they wanted me there next morning at 8:00am so I drove three hours to get back to Kissimmee. When I got there it was the PA and NOT the doctor who scheduled the appointment. They wanted to review a blood test from my cardiologist. The test was fine and no change from my previous tests. I asked why they made me drive 3 hours for no good reason and was told it was office policy. Long story short I disputed the charge with their office and after an escalation to Florida Hospital Management it was reversed. This office is trying to run up billing dollars and I would avoid as there are much better choices close by ... they are awful."
