"Some years ago, I went here for a cyst. The doctor and the assistant were actually bickering during the whole procedure. It was ridiculous! It got so bad I tried to interject a little levity, and all went quiet. Never have I felt so utterly uncomfortable. The assistant then was short with me, after I asked to see the results. Wow. Absolutely uncalled for. I hope things have changed, but I am not running back. Btw, that cyst regrew because the sac was left in. Did I mention the overcharged bill? That got caught right away from my insurance company in the price of 700 bucks!"

"Took my 10 year old for her warts. We waited 45 minutes in the lobby before being called back. I work in a doctor’s office so I know things can run behind but the staff should have addressed the lobby as a courtesy. After being called back, the Doctor came in so quickly. You can tell she was agitated and/or burnt out, probably because she was running behind or understaffed. Who knows. I understand getting straight down the the point but when you are a new patient, especially treating kids, you need to be patient and have a sweet chair side manner. My kid was already nervous enough and with the Doctor and staff whipping in there, talking so fast and THEN doing a procedure WITHOUT me giving consent, is uncalled for and not professional. Then at check out the Doctor wanted to see us in a month. The front desk lady gave me a day and time and I said, “unfortunately, that won’t work.” Waiting for her to give me another option, which she didn’t, I asked “is there another day?” And she said “nope. That’s all she has.” So I just paid our co pay and said I’d call but honestly we will not be returning. I want to find a place that is more kid/family friendly."

"Do yourself a favor and find a better office that has some semblance of value for your time and care. My wife scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance. We got several text and emails confirming her appointment for 10/11 @4:05pm at the location on Spring Hill Dr. When we get there on 10/11 @4 the doors are locked. She called as I checked with the Dr next door to see if they had any info. She said no but 3 other patients had a similar issue today. The person she contacted said the appointment was for the New Port Richey location. Per the emails and text and previous calls it was scheduled for Spring Hill Dr. They tried to call the other office to squeeze us in, but they had left for the day. It was 4:10 at this point and they close at 5 at all of their locations. They give you the run around try to blame mistakes on you and from other comments as well have no value of your time. I do not often leave comments, but this place deserves a comments so other patients do not waste their time. I would give zero stars if I could."
