With that being said I was expecting my dogs looking like skinny lil rats, but they didn’t, the groomers did an AMAZING job and my doodles still look super cute! Highly recommend them"

"I read through all of the reviews of this place so let me just start out by saying, "Yes, this is the groomer that I visited. Scenthound near Publix and Kohls on Old St Augustine Rd" 1. They stressed out my dog. They were very unprofessional. 2. They did not provide me with an itemized receipt, and the charge was much higher than what I was told it would be. 3. I heard from others that they charge the tip percent BEFORE they apply the 'discount' so they scam you into tipping more, and then don't give you a receipt. 4. They store your credit card in their system without your permission! Advice to the owner, if you want to make your business work; be more transparent about what you are charging. Pay your associates a little more so you won't have to scam clients for higher tips. If you don't really like dogs, don't work at a dog grooming shop!"

"Friendly staff paid attention to instructions we gave as to how we wanted our puppy groomed. They followed instructions and he came out looking so cute. Will definitely recommend and will definitely be returning to the shop when He needs his next grooming."

"Pretty good service. Have used it now for a couple years for my dog Xena who has anxiety sometimes with new groomers. I think have somewhat of a routine every month has made her a little less scared with having her nails clipped, etc. She always comes home smelling clean!"

"Ladybug had never been groomed before as she is still a puppy, the groomers took their time and let her dictate exactly what she would tolerate on her first visit. Long and short she got the full groom and came out happy and smelled amazing! I was so impressed I signed up for their monthly plan and have already scheduled her next appointment.. Best place around!"
