"We always feel safe dropping our fur baby off while we run out of town. We had a last minute get away before Christmas and they were able to get us in. Our Wesson is always well taken care of. Never smells, sick or injuries while in their care. I do wish we could see the facility but I understand why they don't get tours of it. Pricing is reasonable too for over night care!"

"Unfortunately we boarded our Bernedoodle for 4 days at Pet Paradise. We left a beautiful black and pristine white puppy and got back a puppy with stained yellow paws and face. Multiple baths with whitening shampoo, trips to the groomer have not been successful in returning our dogs fur to the way it was before we left him at Pet Paradise. It was concerning when we went to pick him up they said he wasn’t ready and to come back later. Im sure the condition he was in would have been upsetting. When we did get him back after his exit bath. He still smelled and looked terrible. Very disappointed in the care of our dog. Before and after photos."

"I am absolutely disgusted at the care my dogs received at their recent visit to this location. I dropped my very clean and white dogs off at 2pm and picked them up the next day at 10am and they were literally covered in urine and feces. Not just a little urine. My dogs whole underside was soaked. I didn't realize it until I went to let them jump in my brand new vehicle, where they laid on the new cloth seats soaked in pee. The stench was so bad I had to roll the windows down and hose them off outside once I finally got home, just to get them in the house for a real bath. I came back to speak to a manager and was told that it is noted in my account that my dog "liked to lay in his urine or poop when he was there in the past as well", but they just missed rinsing him off before giving him to me. I'm sorry, but WHAT? My dog doesn't lay in urine or feces at home because it is clean here, and for $74 a day I expect him not to do that there and come home this way. I expect his kennel to be cleaned regularly if he did have an accident. Grown dogs absolutely do not like to wallow in urine and feces on purpose. Even worse, they admitted to putting him in a medium size kennel. He is a 74 lb English Retriever. He isn't a medium sized dog. No wonder he would have to lay in an accident, he was shoved in a kennel too small for him. Worse yet, why was my other dog, who was supposedly in a separate kennel also covered in urine and feces? So, if you accept that I have two dogs, in two different kennels at this location, who just love to wallow in poop and pee, then their story is plausible. Or maybe this place isn't at all what they advertise. Never again would I trust my animal to their care. I paid a premium price for my dog to have a spoiled spa experience, not an experience that would get a kennel shut down for animal abuse. I was offered free baths for our trouble, as if I would want to re-transport them there in my new car still covered in urine. No thanks. $130 total for two dogs to have this experience in "paradise"."

"My baby girl, Sally Brooks love coming here. She seems knowing that her job is to go to the daycare while mommy and daddy need to go to work. However, she wouldn’t love this place if the staffs here were not nice to her. I could sense that the staffs here are very nice to my dog and treat my dog very well. The daycare near by that I took my dog there before didn’t handle my dog very well because my dog came home injured. After switching to the pet paradise Bartram, my dog has never been limping again. The price is affordable at least until now. All customers must understand that you got what you paid for. I highly recommended this place to all dogs, especially for the individual day camp. When I called to book the boarding for holidays, a staff told me that they fully booked. But when I mentioned to the manager when I dropped off my dog in the morning for the day camp, she has the magic to make it happen. I appreciated very much because It gives me a peace of mind boarding my dog here for 12 days. I also want to thank Trevor Peavler. He took care of us since the first day we signed up until now. He s very polite and very good at communication. Thanks again to staffs for taking good care of my Sally."
