Dollar Tree

"The store itself is well-stocked and well-kept and most the employees are very kind and welcoming. However, Donna is very rude. My sister respectfully asked her a question about which register was open (since the none of the lights were on) and Donna yelled at her in front of me. Respectfully, Donna doesn’t need to be in customer service if she can’t handle a customer asking a question kindly. Don’t be disrespecting if you are being respected, or that disrespectful attitude will be reciprocated back. This is the third time she’s been rude to a family member in front of me."

"I was looking for Pasta and found them to only have regular spaghetti and Lasagna. I was also looking for paint brushes which they were out of. The store looked like a mess to me."

"This place is gross. It always looks like a mix between a flea market and a store going out of business. Shelves are bare or destroyed. The worst Dollar Tree in Miami. You gotta strive to be this bad."

"As an ex-employee, this Dollar Tree is phenomenal. Empty shelves and long lines are common; It is not due to the staff or location. Rather, corporate limiting the amount of hours to maximize profit. Other than that, the employee here are some of the coolest people I know :)"

"I just went back to the dollar tree after New Years. It was incredible. All new merchandise was out. They had a large inventory. Everything was neat, even the toy isle. Merchandise was organized by season. It is the store I remember. I’m sure people will be back and excited to shop in a great store"
