"I recently had an unfortunate experience calling the pharmacy, specifically with the pharmacy staff, not the pharmacist. I feel compelled to share my feedback in the hope that it contributes to improving customer service. On 1/20/24, I encountered a series of incidents where the supporting staff in the pharmacy displayed a level of rudeness that left me quite dissatisfied. The interactions were unprofessional, and it significantly impacted my overall impression of the service provided. I understand that everyone has challenging days, but I believe customer service is a crucial aspect of any business. The behavior I observed fell short of the standards I expected, and it's disheartening to encounter such issues, especially in a place where people seek assistance with their health needs. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter internally, perhaps through additional training or other measures, to ensure a more positive and customer-friendly environment. As a loyal customer, I hope that my feedback can contribute to the continuous improvement of your services."

"Worst Store ever, they never subs an item even when they have it. You purchase a pick up order and they cancel most items and when you walk into the store you find the items you ordered on the shelves,.... They are rude and do not follow Walgreens policy. I do not know how this store still open, manager is helpless."
