Walgreens

"Was a great pharmacy until recent medication shortages. I went without my prescription for a significant amount of time, 2-3 months. I tried to be understanding as I know they’re not the only ones experiencing the shortages, I only called them once a week to see if they could fill my Rx & was always polite. They were very cold/rude to me, would never answer me directly about if my Rx was available, when it may be in stock (FYI: Walgreens can & had in the past told me when a shipment that may have my medicine was expected to come), or if any other local Walgreens may have some in stock (again, they can & had checked “interstore quantity” before, AND other Walgreens can do this for me still). Frankly, they treated me like some sort of addict. Mind you, I’ve been on the same Rx, from the same Dr., for 5+ years, and had been filling the same Rx at this location for ~2 years at the time. I switched to a different Walgreens in town and I couldn’t be happier. Also, my new Walgreens has had little to no shortage issues, and filled the Rx in question almost as soon as it was sent to them. I give this Walgreens 2 stars instead of 1 because, as I said, they were perfectly decent to me until ~1 year ago. Not sure if it was due to a staff/management change or what, but the way I was treated at this Walgreens was wholly unfair & unkind."

"Avoid the pharmacy at all costs they don't care if they kill their patients and the pharmacist doesn't care about letting her patients speak. You have to do their job for them while they get paid for it. While messing up your insurance as well."

"The pharmacist here was very helpful and picking out the right treatment for nausea. The cashiers at the front are also very sweet people."

"Wow what a bunch of unbelievable disgusting humans making fun of patients who are waiting on meds. Laughable how they made fun of their customers. I willl not settle until they are held accountable. FYI my prescription was incorrect and they could have killed me."

"Walgreens is good and i can find usually find things that i need there but this branch has some basic issues. It’s quite often that there is no one at the checkout area, or there is one. the associate at the register was talking to another person in another language that i could not understand and it felt so uncomfortable. They should seriously consider installing self checkout. Also, why are some prices in the store higher than online and why don’t they price match?"
