"If you ever have to put an animal to rest; this is the place to go. The staff went above and beyond to make this difficult process as smooth as possible. The little details meant so much me. They sent us home with a grave stone that had our little buddy’s paw prints and a few weeks after a card came in the mail, which was signed by the whole staff. I’m so grateful for the thoughtful and kind care we received. Thank you so much! :)"

"My 8 year old husky was a patient and he needed to be seen for follow up appointment after we went to pet ER he was in dire need to be seen I called Pensacola animal hospital our vet, to see him now for emergency care immediately they said they could not take him???? He was gasping for air and couldn’t breathe . My dog was not important to them to see and we have 5 pets in their clinic. So we had to rush him again to Pet ER where they rushed my dog for emergency breathing tube. The ER was stunned that our vet( Pensacola animal hospital) refused to take him for an emergency. My beautiful boy died that night in the ER it was that serious and our vet would not see our beloved pet. Disgraceful to say the least. We’ve been to Pensacola animal hospital for a routine visit and they made us wait for over hour and half their reason was they had an emergency come in?????? They didn’t take my boy for an emergency and he died. We are pulling our other 4 dogs out of this hospital!!!! My beautiful husky was important to our family and he died thank you Pensacola animal hospital for not seeing my dog as an emergency!!!!!!!"

"My sweet baby was involved in a dog fight and was hurt. I called the office first thing on a Sunday morning and even though they were completely booked the whole day and she was considered a new patient they were still quickly able to get her in. The ladies at the front desk were so kind, prompt and accommodating even through all of my tears. Dr. Heath called us within 20 minutes of dropping her off and gave us total peace of mind. I will forever be indebted to their quick action and even though the wound turned out to only be superficial they cared for her and treated her like a priority. Valentina Is now at home resting and i am able to also rest knowing that she will be ok. Thank you to all of the staff for all of your help. There aren’t enough words to express our gratitude."

"Everyone at Animal Hospital of Pensacola are nothing short of amazing. They treat my three furkids like their own, even when they are being grumpy and not the best patients :). Dr Milhouse & Dr Heath are angels in disguise, so very patient with this nervous pet Mom and willing to go ALL the extra miles to make sure my fur-brats are at ease, that I understand every aspect of my furkids’ care, and genuinely seem to love my furry terrors as much as I do. It’s less like a vets office and more like family."

"We were referred to AHoP by a family friend when we moved to Pensacola, sadly we made the mistake of moving to a vet closer to us and boy I regretted it all the way, their staff are great but the vets are not....Pandemic made it a bit tricky for us to come by but still we preferred even waiting outside for our baby. I love the convenience of 7 days 7am to 7pm. The staff are caring and always manage to squeeze us in for an appointment. We are glad to be back and with an addition to the family. Thank you for all your hard work and care."
