"I have thoroughly enjoyed every yoga class given by Nicole and Yesenia. The location is great with plenty of parking, the studio is calm and relaxing, the people there are all kind and genuine. You will get a good workout, I promise you. I have never felt better in my life. I've been a member since June 15 and come to just about every class I can get to that is suitable for me as a beginner in my late 50's. Everyday, I feel muscles getting stronger that I didn't know I had! I definitely recommend this yoga studio."
