"They have been a complete nightmare. We have mold and I pay for 50,000.0o worth of extra coverage. We had a leak and they denied both claims. Which is complete BS! I take care of my home and have necessary maintenance. Our dishwasher leaked causing the mold and they are saying it had to be an “accidental loss”. And found no damage I paid 575.00 for a mold report ( which she told me would help push along the claim) and tons of pictures of all the damage from water. The desk adjuster, Betty muhhamed, has no idea what she is doing. They used everything I said against me. The manager NEVER once called me back after leaving numerous voice mails. This claim has been in since January and one in February. I asked them to respond only to the contractor because they actually knew what they were talking about and I stated several times I did not. They never called them back. She sent emails to me stating we had conversations that never took place. I since have had to hire a private adjuster who will most likely have to hire an attorney. It has been an utter nightmare to say the least. They do not care about their customers and are a typical insurance company that you pay for and will deny your claim when you need them most. My kids and myself have been sick for months with upper respiratory issues. I want to list my home and sell it but need to have this issue fixed first and I am stuck here."
