"I received 4 boxes of COVID TESTS that I never asked for and when I called them to ask where they got my address from, the phone number is no longer in service ! This is a scam and I’m tossing all the boxes since I’ve never heard of them or this company !"

"I should have known better now reading all these reviews. I went to a pop up tent on us1 and 32 for COVID testing. The QR code link didn’t work for me then it worked for the girl on her phone so she had me use her phone to make the appt. Then she took a pic of my ID bc I had to upload it to the site. So then I told her no delete my picture and then delete it from your deleted folder and she did it. But they still upload your ID to their site. Definitely seems like a SCAM! So sad to take advantage of people during a pandemic. Who knows if I’ll receive my results."

"Covid testing from this people is a joke. Hopefully not getting tax dollar money from us. Our whole family registered for a test on a mobile site a day before as they promised they will be there next day. They never showed up at the mobile tent the next day, yet all of us got covid negative results after 3 days even though we never got tested. What a scam. They also take digital copies of your IDs."

"I took a COVID test on Wednesday morning in the Mojo Donuts parking lot. I was told 48 hours for results. I was given no paperwork or instructions on what to do if results did not come to my email. There is no phone number to call and the email I did find online has no reply since yesterday morning. I need these results to go back to work."

"Still have not received results for a COVID test that was taken on the 22nd of December at future clinical research in Miami. I have left many voicemails and also have sent many email to see about the result directly to the lab. Spoken to a rep and nothing has been done. I’ve been told that i will be receiving the results by 5pm since the 24th of December. Still waiting on results mainly to provide information to employer. This is making me look irresponsible with my employer at this point. The turnaround for results was suppose to be between 24 to 48 hours. It’s been well over that. Seems very unprofessional."
