"Several months of requesting authorizations, keep getting incorrect or missing codes. I even spoke with Michael the manager approximately 3 times and he can’t get it either. The codes are not completed. Call the office multiple times, went to office still not getting them. On Monday, Dr also asked the workers at the desk to assist- no help. My Drs’ offices called and gave the codes even the insurance company spoke with them. We all repeatedly gave both the office and CM directly the codes. Last individual from CM said he would follow up and give me a call back with update- no call back. My appointments with my specialist are all now cancelled."

"They refuse to set my appointment. You know how weird it is to call daily multiple times and everyone tells you it’s not their job to set appointments. Oh it’s because I have Florida blue and not Medicaid. That means they are stealing from Medicaid and don’t want to negotiate with real insurance companies. They take advantage of the elderly."

"I am contempt with the clinic. Lovely staff absolutely professional and kind. Helped my mother with every need. The doctor is great. What I appreciate more is having a personal call from him. Regards on any concerns with my mother health. I’m satisfied and have a peace of mind to know that my mother is in good hands. Keep it up you guys!"

"Horrible Doctor! The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. If I could, I’d rate him NO stars! First of all, he doesn’t look like a doctor or professional man all. I went for my first appointment today after changing insurance & needing a new PCP ASAP so I could continue seeing my specialists. So, he has what they call a “meet & greet” to, it looks like, screen YOU! If you need a specialist, forget it. If you need surgery, forget it. If you take certain meds, forget him. The staff (who are much more accommodating than their boss) tried to explain that he’s not affiliated with a hospital. Quack is right! I never heard of a doctor who it appears wants patients who have no medical issues! I don’t know how he could have a practice! He was very condescending & made me feel like I was beneath him since I came in on a walker due to a fractured hip. I totally agree with the others who commented on similar experiences with this so called doctor. I recommend you find another doctor ASAP if you’re looking for one!"
