"I saw a PA at the Coral Springs location. She prescribed me antibiotics for my ear infection and drops. My pain continued to get worse. After going to a specialist I found out she prescribed me an incorrect dose of antibiotics and should not have given me the drops with a torn ear drum. I was in agonizing pain for days after my urgent care appointment. I'm upset they don't have doctors staffed."
