"Customer service horrible, will not return my calls, my vehicle was involved an accident on 1/27/2024 the adjuster Joseph Corbett refused to return any of calls, his supervisor same result no return calls, I can't believe the CEO of this company allows his employees to treat children unfairly, my claim still open and unresolved."

"Zero stars if possible just got off the phone with them again because they send an outstanding balance to collections. Apparently they never received my proof of homeownership which was sent as soon as the policy was created. I talked to them numerous times and every time I get a different story, why I have an outstanding balance. Over $63 they put me in collections. Apparently email only works when they want to and they sent let us I’ve never get to the people. I would never ever use them again, and would recommend for nobody else to do so. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in all the history of car insurance."
