"When you get insurance you get a quote, accept the rate, sign the paperwork then pay. You’ll never hear from the insurance company again as long as you just pay your bill. Bottom Dollar seems to have a different approach. Call you and hound you until your ears bleed. Send you something to sign day 1. Send you something to sign day 3 then day 6 day 9day 20. How many different documents must someone send to prove they own a home? Hillsborough County Clerk of Courts. My DEED. The NOTE. My address. My mortgage payment. My lender. My license showing my address. They will send you waivers 3 weeks down the road that you already signed and then you get another paper until you finally wonder what you’re signing. Then get emails and calls “Did you sign the document”? I quickly called another insurance provider after 30 days."

"They are lucky they have some companies with rates that keep people coming in the door because they have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They say they are going to send something to your email that you request and they don't ever send it. They leave you on hold for literal hours sometimes waiting to speak to someone. The last gentleman I spoke with, was admittedly pleasant toned, but didn't seem to have any respect for my time and took forever to do anything I was asking him to do even after I repeatedly told him I was in a hurry and had already been disconnected from hold twice. I have had insurance through this agency for several years and in the last 18 months, they really took a SHARP turn downhill. Please do better!"
