New clients can enjoy 50% off one month of unlimited classes, with the option to try 1 week free with the purchase of 1 class. The studio offers barre classes for students of all levels, using the ballet barre and props to create a transformative workout that results in long, lean muscles. Highly-trained instructors customize exercises for all ages and body types, with modifications available for pregnant women and those with injuries. The studio features a light-filled space with tall ceilings, 2 workout studios, and a large locker room with showers. Located near International Plaza, there are plenty of free parking spaces available. Co-owners Chloe and Terri Jennings are passionate about The Bar Method and strive to create a supportive community for all clients. Club Bar members can freeze their memberships once per year for up to 60 days.

"I took class is here for a while in 2016 and then took a break when I moved to North Tampa. I used all the excuses Excuses to stay away and try other fitness centers, but nothing held my attention and got me into shape quite like the Bar Method. I ended up rejoining and have been going strong the last couple of years, and I truly love it! This is the only workout I have ever been With long-term. It is a group fitness class, but with the individualized attention you get from the instructors, It becomes a really effective and personalized workout!"
"Every class at the Bar Method is a great workout! It’s challenging, but low-impact and possible for anyone to do. The community here is what makes this place unique. The staff are so friendly, always welcoming you with a smile when you walk in. The instructors are motivating, attentive and make sure you are doing the movement correctly.
