That’s our copay to see a specialist. We have literally been contacting them for A YEAR for this money and have gotten nowhere. They have literally stop returning our calls."

"I spent 3 weeks asking for the referral person to do his/her job, and that didn't happen. She/He used the wrong codes, and like a way to have a kind of "revenge" instead of asking for therapy 3 times per week sessions, she/he only asked for 11 visits in 5 months. This ended up in my daughter not having the help that she needs. I went more than five times to their office to solve this problem, and I was not able to talk with this person.... they just wrote messages for this person, and that person never called me. They have a poor customer service. After all this time I just change to another pediatrician. It seems that they don't care about the kids well being. The front lady was just writing messages, saying that the person was working out of state, or that the manager was not working today....not giving a time frame to solve the problem . The only time that I received a call I was working, and they left a message saying that they changed the codes.... only to be notified days later that they only asked for 11 visits (10 tx/1 eval.)..... this unacceptable. If you really care about your kid, just go to another facility."
