"Terrible communication with staff to say the least. Scheduled an appointment with Dr. Maria Cooper Sept. 21, 2023 8:00 AM. Upon arrive i was told at the front desk that I had canceled my appointment. Also that Dr. Cooper is no longer at the location I am a patient at. None of this was communicated to me when I set up my appointment in the beginning of September. I was sent multiple reminders on text messages, spoke to multiple ladies on the phone to confirm my appointment and also checked in online the day before my appointment. I am not sure how I went threw all the necessary steps to be seen by a doctor but when I arrive to the office I’m told I have done the complete opposite. Needless to say I will never be back to this establishment and I would think twice before choosing Southeast Dermatology."

"Dr. Frazier did the surgery quickly and Ms. Taylor sewed it up. Can hardly tell 8 weeks later. Plus she has a good singing voice. Office staff is efficient and appointment happen when they are supposed to with no waiting."

"I didn't have to wait long to be called. Once situated in the treatment room the doctor and her assistant came quickly. She was very thorough with her inspection of me and took special care with areas of concern. Although the practice isn't close to where I live I will do the travel to see Dr. Frazier."

"I saw Dr Frazier for the first time today and she was great very thorough and very nice. The staff very friendly you could tell they liked their job. I has to call the office to let her know about some medicine i had and the women i spoke to at the St Augustine office supper nice and helpful. One of the best Dr's. visit I have had in a long time. I will stay with her."
