"At first, I was going to rate Optimal Imaging 5-Star. It was quick and easy to make an appointment. The day of my appointment, I was taken back on-time and staff was very friendly. However, its been several weeks since my appointment and Optimal Imaging never sent the results over to my doctor. I have called multiple times and no one is answering the calls. I even left 3 voicemails over the last two weeks. Still waiting for someone to either answer the phone or return my calls. UPDATED on 12/5/2023: After several weeks, my doctor finally received the results of my MRI; however, the company never provided my doctor with the images. When I called Optimal Imaging, I had the pleasure of speaking with Faith. I advised that me nor my doctor received the images and that I needed them for a surgical consult. She was very professional and advised that I can pick up the requested images."
