"More concerned about billing for late/reschedules than keeping a lasting relationship. I'd say a good part of his income is from cancellation fees. The Google ADHD review under "Jeffrey Piercy" is spot on. I'm pretty sure SMS appointment reminders are relatively inexpensive. We've missed appt's before from real doctor's offices to dentists and have never been charge a fee. He will not send you reminders (like so many other offices do). Even utility services will wave a bill once if your pipes or water heater leaks."
