"Tech was horribly rude, so this review is specifically to you, Miss Lab Tech. How about showing a little compassion? You have no idea why somebody’s coming in for bloodwork. Some of us can be very anxious about why we are there, and some of us are not thrilled by this procedure. I know you made it more painful for me when you saw I was looking away, and said I hated doing this. And when I said “ow” , it started hurting worse. Mean. Just plain mean. You could make some small talk too. Maybe answer us when spoken to at least? Wouldn’t hurt you to be personable. You are in the people business after all. I don’t know why it’s so hard just to be kind. I don’t care if you’re the only place my insurance accepts, I’m going to pay out-of-pocket to be treated decently next time. If you treat enough people this way, (and looking at the reviews, it appears you have ) you won’t get anymore patience, and then you’ll be out of a job. I’ll come back when THAT happens. Good luck."
"The nurse who did my Biometric was rude and mean. I asked her multiple questions and besides the attitude in responding she took my blood pressure in the worst way possible. In fact, the result was completely wrong compare to my normal values. She didn’t even explain how much blood she was going to take and at what point of the appointment she was going to do it. Never going back here!"
"Came in today to have blood drawn. The tech was rude. I tried talking small talk she could of cared less to even pretend to be nice . You see these reviews and yet I haven't seen any outcome. It don't hurt to be kind instead acting like it was a chore to take my blood. I will let others know. Do Right by people who really had a problem with this experience. "Called a week in advance to confirm that the location accepts walk-ins. Upon arrival was at the check-in kiosk when an employee came up to me to say that they are appointment only. I explained that I confirmed via phone that I could walk in, and was responded to rudely by the employee stating that she cannot control what I was told on the phone, but today would be appointment only. (I'm guessing staffing issue). Only appointments available during the same week are midday. So not only was I late to work by fault of labcorp, I will also have to take time off work just to get routine lab work. I've tried calling customer support to see if my bill can be comped, but they just keep transferring me back and forth through automated systems. First time at this location, and not impressed with the service."
