"Sabrina in your office is VERY unprofessional! She is rude and condescending and she does NOT belong in a customer service role. I have GLADLY rescheduled my appointment with another location. Your appointment schedulers are first contacts for customers and she needs to be reminded of that. She obviously does not care much for her job. Sad."

"If I could give no stars I would! This locations staff is very rude and unprofessional! The appointment scheduling is ridiculous; they can reschedule your appointment whenever, but as soon as you need to reschedule, they don’t want to do service with you anymore! Things happen in life, and for a medical office to be so NOT understanding about that is bananas! I would not recommend this location to anyone!! If this was the last dental office in the area I would let my teeth fall out! Just because of the unpleasant experience that I have encountered, AND DIDNT EVEN GET ANY WORK DONE!!"

"We have been going here for many, many years. They are cost effective, and the technicians are very professional and nice. I especially like Catherine from today's visit. She was careful to cause no pain and did a good job. There is no dentist at this site so if you end up needing fillings, crowns, etc. they will refer you to their Orange City office. Having said that, after you get x-rays and photos, they send them to a dentist during your visit and you get to tele-visit with a dentist after your results have been reviewed. I found this just as effective as having a dentist in person. The facility is a bit dated, but I don't think the care suffers for it. We will continue to use them."

"Monica and Catherine and scheduling staff were above and beyond! Excellent service! Highly recommended! It could be great if the company make an upgrade of the facility and the equipment, looks a little bit old."

"Staff is wonderful. Nicole, the hygienist, cleaned my teeth thoroughly and gently. No waiting either. They bring you back right at your appointment time. No dentist on staff right now, but Nicole's assessment and Monica's x-rays were viewed remotely by a dentist at another location. Hope they find a nice dentist to complete their team."
