"I had been calling since before Thanksgiving to get my children's updated vaccine records for their school. I was told 3 times that it would be ready on such and such date for pick up. I was then told this past week the my oldest is due for his 11 year vaccine (he's 12) so that most definitely should have been on the radar for the doctor when I asked at their appointment MONTHS ago if they were due for any vaccines but was told "no." When I asked for an explanation I was talked over repeatedly and even put on hold so I hungup and scheduled the appointment for the vaccine myself at a different location to avoid having to do people's jobs without being paid to do so."
"I’ve been coming here about a year and the front desk, receptionist named Kimberly is extremely rude! I called this morning and tried to speak about medication that was prescribed to my daughter who has severe allergy issues. I asked her if there was a way that she can relay the message to the doctor to get in contact with me because I had a bunch of questions for him. She was giving me a hard time and decided to hang up. This will be the third time that this happens with this Kimberly person. I will be speaking to the health department about Miss Kimberly since the office manager hasn’t done anything about the situation now I have to go above. And I will be leaving a bunch of reviews. Till something is done she needs to be re-educated and retrain to have this office position. She does not conduct her self in a manly, professional way. I was there yesterday and again there was an issue with this lady. She is going to come across someone who will meet her match and won’t have the patience that me and my husband been having with her. she needs to learn to humble herself before someone else drags her out that damn desk for talking nasty too parents. This is one view many more to come! Hopefully someone can give me a call back once they see this nasty view this is not even half my issues! If I can give 0 stars for this office I would! Office is just very unprofessional here."
"This place is terrible! Front receptionist “Kimberly” needs to learn how to have proper customer service. When i call to ask about my daughter, who is highly allergic to everything…. She hangs up on me! They prescribed my daughter meds and all i wanted to know is if the meds are ok for her. Unsure…. She asks “do we have her allergy tests paperwork?”. I stated it should be in the system from 4 years ago. Frustrated, i said “you guys are asking me when you should have it already”. She hangs up on me! A year ago, my wife went with our 3 children and while being asked for documentation, my wife left her purse on the front desk and sat down. 2 minutes the next person gos to front desk and steals her purse ( in front of receptionist). Had to file a police report. The guy was caught after i called police and asked to see the cameras. My son who was 8 months at the time was about to be given 15 month old shots. Now, through all of this, yes a father is going to be very frustrated. KIMBERLY needs to learn how to talk and communicate with “customers”! I PAY for my insurance as well as my children’s! I have a right to ask questions! I will be formally filing a complaint with this office as well and contacting B.B.B.! Proceed with caution!"
