"Shout to a new manager Alondra… that can’t get the order right to save her life. Was charging me extra for rice as a 3rd entree. I told her I never have gotten charged before and I come often, and under her breath says bless your heart. The regular crew member had better customer service. When I told the lady she looked frustrated and to take the rice off so I don’t pay extra she asked me to leave. Terrible customer service on her behalf. 12/24 at about 11:15am and I have a recording of her."

"If I could give this location zero stars I would. I open up my food & there’s a meal worm in my food. That’s enough for me to never eat there again, or any location for that matter."

"Place is terrible. I order from Deland all the time and night and day difference in quality. I order chow main in Sanford location and you don’t even get noodles. It’s literally 85% veggies. The drinks are inconsistent and they don’t replace the Co2 or other components in a timely manner. Avoid this location"

"I have visited this location various times and usually the food is decent. I order honey sesame chicken with white rice and a side of cream cheese ragoons today. The rice was a bit dry, the veggies tasted more on the raw side but the chicken was okay. It usually has more flavor. My ragoons were not fresh so they didn’t taste as good as usual. The staff was fast and welcoming."

"We ordered through uber eats, and not only were we missing food from one of our boxes, we also had the wrong food inside of another box. We ordered 2 string bean chicken and 1 Beijing beef in a bigger plate, and we received 1 Beijing beef, and 2 spicy Kung pao chicken, NO string bean chicken at all. We were also missing an entire 3rd portion of a second bigger plate of orange chicken. There was barely any honey walnut shrimp in one of the plates we ordered. When I called the store to speak to the manager about these missing items, she blame shifted and stated "that's on uber", and would not take any accountability. Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed. Will not be returning."
