"I normally try to leave good reviews everywhere I go because I would expect the same. We came here because I wanted a steak and it was my birthday dinner. My favorite kind of steak is a bone in ribeye so that’s what I ordered. My wife ordered the fillet. The mushrooms we ordered were over cooked and burnt to the plate and tasted. Extremely gritty My mashed potatoes were extremely lumpy and dry. My steak was cooked OK but it was a bit underwhelming and contained a lot of gristle and fat my wife’s fillet did not look like a fillet. It looked more like a sirloin or a New York strip. It looks nothing like the picture at all, the waitress was friendly, but it seemed that she is very busy because she has only come to our table. Once in the last hour, however, she did bring us everything we asked for to try and make the meal good I even had to soak my ribeye and steak sauce and I hate steak sauce all together. This is a bad experience but I know this could be better. Hopefully you guys actually see these reviews and will be able to make the necessary changes. I wish you guys all the best."

"We arrive after a graduation and there were several other tables that arrived before we did. The initial wait was twenty minutes. Once at our table our server came by to get our drink order. We also ordered appetizers. The bread came out first but there were only two plates, and we were three in our party. We asked the server for another plate. Our appetizers were delivered by an expediter. We still only had two plates and asked for another. We finished the appetizers and my salad arrived. Still my wife was sharing a plate with my grandson. The salad was crisp and flavorful. It was just the right size; not too small and not so big it filled you up. Finally, our steaks arrived. Our server came by with our check. She said she could take it anytime. The steaks were nice, juicy, and full of flavor. The server came back to check on us and asked if we needed boxes. It felt like she was rushing us at this point. We asked for two. She said she could take our check, so I got a credit card out of my wallet. The meal was nice, but the service was not there, and we felt rushed to finish our meal."

"PLASTIC IN MY mashed potatoes! food was inconsistently either over or undercooked. the waiter was rude this is the second time i’ve been to this longhorn- was hoping it would be different. but both times have been just that bad, if you want to go to longhorn, do yourself a favor and take the extra drive up to a different location it will be worth the extra couple minutes in the car Please see below"

"Kassie our server was great. However, the food was very underwhelming. We got the impression that we were eating at a convalescent home. I feel as if salt was the only seasoning used... I added it myself. Price paid VS food quality doesn't match, can't say we'll return."
