"This our first time at this restaurant and general. We sat at the bar intending to get drinks while we waited for our to go order. The bartender chick never even addressed us we sat there for 20 minutes until we asked for a manager. I would not recommend going there ever. Worst service we've ever had and came across as very racist. It wasn't until my fiance approached her the bartender that she acknowledged that we were even there. At that point it was too late. We left without even getting our to go order. Good first and lasting impression Cheddar's Sanford. So disappointed!"

"Came in at 3:45 today and ordered just the cookie dessert. It got delivered to our table at 4:15, and it was burned ..rock hard like a hockey puck! The whipped cream and ice cream were melted. I complained and the waiter said “i will let them know”. He never came back to the table, nobody did until 4:32 because i had to stop him as he walked by us because we are trying to pay cash and need change. Terrible experience. Wasted an hour of my busy day and ate a hockey puck."

"We’ve never been here as they don’t have them in MI. Place was so busy when we went Sunday afternoon around 1:30. They were able to seat us right away. Service was excellent as the waitress was on it and brought refills before our cups were empty. Food was good (except I didn’t care for the green beans) and it didn’t take long them to bring it out. Love that you can pay your bill right at the table and not have to wait for a check to be brought out. I had steak and hubby had ribs and chicken tenders."
