Literally gave tacos that were only shells and nothing inside and one shell wasn't even even how would anyone possibly think that was okay to sell to someone?!?! "(I’m writing this review for someone in the hospital.) I ordered two burritos, two crunchwraps and cinnamon twists for delivery to my hospital room at Lake Monroe Hospital. I specifically asked for taco sauce packets. There were no taco sauce packets, no connamon twists, and instead of two burritos, I received one. In the place of the other burrito, I received a plain taco. I called the manager, explained what happened and he said he would speak with his crew. No offer was made to replace the order."

"I placed an order in the drive through which at this point should be called a drive stay. After given my drink they told me it will take longer to get my fries ready and to wait at mobile pickup and they will bring my food out. Well it's been over 15min of waiting I walk inside waited another 5min and someone asked how can I help. I said I was told to wait outside for my food because the fries would take longer. The person responds oh our fryer broke you have to replace the fries with something else. And they spoke with the manager and she just laughs and doesn't even come to apologize for leaving me outside for well over 15min and not even letting me know what's going on or even have the audacity to just talk to me personally and at least apologize. I know it's taco bell but what kind of inhuman customer service is this?"

"This place only gets your food right about half of the time. Some of the cooks here are EXTREMELY lazy and will just plop some stuff on a tortilla, make it look similar to how it should, and send it out. I've had to return to talk to managers a couple of times because my food was SO wrong, and that's not a thing I normally do."
