"We had lunch around 2:30pm and it was so nice and quiet and not busy. Kelly our server was fantastic. The food was good. When we walked in the lobby had water all over the tile floor and a staff person was busy trying to clean it up. It seems weird that even though the lobby was flooded there was not a manager in sight."

"Don’t eat out much with how service has been lately coming in to the restaurant and being seated I really admire Kendra service and I’m still sitting for my main course meal. Working in the service industry myself it’s hard to come across servers with good customer service skills. She’s amazing! I really appreciate her bubbly positive and personality, and always staying informed with us while dealing with other guest. I’m glad to see people like Kendra working as a server, makes me want to come back and request for her only. It feels as if we had already build report, and she caters to our needs and making us feel at ease and comfortable. Amazing job Kendra, well appreciated !!!"

"First of all the restaurant was DEAD, we were maybe the 2nd table sat around 8:45 PM. The server was nice acted like he cared about the customers we ordered our drinks, appetizers came out, they were delicious…then my dinner came out. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta meal…GROSS. First of all, it looked like my bowl of pasta and sauce sat under the warmer while they finished my son’s lobster and steak, because of the top was completely dry. The sauce tasted like Great Value Alfredo sauce and the linguini was so over cooked. I did not complain to the server at all because you cannot complain in a restaurant without people calling you a Karen and making fun of you or putting you on TikTok or spitting in your food so I didn’t say anything. The prices on your menu are way too high to not be serving quality food every single time. The server came to the table, took away. My full plate of food asked me if I wanted to take out container. I told him no he didn’t even bother to ask what was wrong with my meal that’s just standard customer service when you’re a server in my opinion. I would appreciate a phone call from management I do have my receipt I spent $140 and tipped $25 even though my meal was disgusting. I ended up leaving with my side salad and a baked potato to eat today. I’m just sick at how much I spent to not even enjoy my meal. Do better. Update 01/17/24: Still have not received the $50 they offered to refund. Should’ve been the whole amount. When I called to check the other day the general manager was rude and it took him over 10 min to get to the phone. So what’s going on?"

"Had my birthday dinner here and it was fabulous! The NY strip was cooked perfectly and the lobster tail was divine! You can never go wrong eating those tasty biscuits before your meal! I had the lobsteria drink and it was HUGE! My server was attentive and on point. I ordered the cheesecake and also the kids meal chicken breast with broccoli to go. Would definitely recommend!"

"On July 8, 2023. My Family and I wanted Red lobster it was ten of us. When my daughter told the hostess it was ten in our party. And he went to let some service’s know, some of them had a very nasty attitude and made a statement I’m not taking no more tables. Just very rude my family and I felt very uncomfortable and not happy at all. My daughter asked for the manager on duty no one didn’t get her. So then we asked our Waiter David and he was very concerned about why we wanted her. But the atmosphere was not pleasant. The assistant stated she didn’t know what was going on and that she was doing her food count. She gave us 10% off and free desserts for the children. But the nasty attitude we got from the other services was just horrible. It’s hard to find go help these days. But we have to be careful because the same you out out will come back. The oranges was on one of the child plate."
