"Had a sinus infection in December and went away for Christmas. Adrianna told me if not better to call back for stronger prescription. Upon coming back home, sinuses got worse and I was exposed to covid, strep and other people with sinus infections. I called office, they prescribed me paxlovid. Took for 3 days and blood pressure jumped through the roof. Called to explain to them was getting worse and sinuses were bleeding. They told me to come in, they would meet me outside. I waited for 45 min and then the NASTY nurse praticioner Sierra, called me back to tell me she wouldn't be able to come outside and see me bc I was already being treated for covid. She never let me explain why I was there, my chief complaint wasn't covid. It was a steady bloody nose due to the horrible sinus infection plus the blood pressure issue with paxlovid. She hung up on me. When I called back the receptionist disconnected the call. Sierra then came out and told me they never received my blood work I took over a month ago! So call labcorp! Bc I was there! She also told me she wouldn't give me an exam bc I needed to come in for a well check. I tried telling her I had one scheduled, but currently being sick is priority! Full week with fever of 103. And bp sky high they made me drive half hr there and back sit for 45 min and never tested for covid or sinuses looked at! She tried to undermine my own medical degree. Six entire years and I've never met the actual Doctor, not once. But you get a fresh mouthed know it all nurse practioner that thinks she is the only one who knows medicine. When I called back, receptionist said that Sierra offered to do a test on me, which she never did. So, on top of turning away a sick patient of 6 years, and wasting my time... she also LIED in her notes. Do yourself a favor, and trust the reviews. Seek a better doctor than this shady office. They belong working in the lowest class area. Sierra, change your attitude and fix your listening skills and maybe one day you can move on up out of Sebring. "Excellent Doctor very good bedside manners, knowledgeable about latest health treatments for your conditions and if he doesn't know he research it's been my primary Dr for the last 32 year's. He is a listener, he takes the time to know you and help you."

"Going to Beltre office for more than 4 years bever had an issue was seeing Barbara and she was the best professional and very attentive with my issues Barbara left and they switched me with the wanna be DR Adriana who was so unprofessional and didn’t even gave me a chance to sit and talked to her about my issue she too it upon herself to cut my anxiety medications and knowing well aware of the side affects so i do not recommend if going to Dr: Betre to see ADRIANA!!!!!! With cardiologist referral with my health problems Sorry for the review but at the end of the day dhe was and is very unprofessional not a good listener No care to patients well being and health"

"The Dr's and nurses at this place are great. However, the wait times is my deciding factor for their score. Can be no patients in the building and I'll still have to wait for 30 min before being seen by a nurse or anyone once in back in a room. I have stuff to do and shouldn't have to wait for over an hour."

"Staff overall is Friendly, but when it comes to the Quality of Care it is very poor. I was a New patient and was welcome by the front desk very nicely until it was the turn with the Nurse Practicioner that saw me. His attitude was rude, didnt even looked at me when I was explaining myself, and showed no interest. He send me to get labs done, I went to the lab next day in the morning and its been 4 days already and no one has called me with my results( the lab send the results the next day) It was for a pregnancy test so imagine if they careless that there is no interest on contacting the patient I have been the one calling constantly about them. I am talking for myself and my experience with this specific Care Provider."
