"Loved the office and staff, HOWEVER when I asked about who would be at the birth to deliver Doctor Lopez stated they dnt do weekends i would have to deliver during the week (gods plan I sure did deliver on a Monday). I was asked for my Dr. at the hospital which I then stated Navarro or Lopez. I was informed LOPEZ nor NAVARRO no longer delivered babies at Winnie Palmer and have not been for a while (I gave birth 5/15) That to me was a TOTAL SHOCK as I had spoke to Dr Lopez the week prior. Fast forward I called for a 6 week PP check up and I was made aware they don’t take parent Planhood (Medicaid) which I feel I should have been informed when they seen me a few days after giving birth as PP appointments are VERY important! Also at times my urine would just sit in the sink no testing done to it. I once had blood work done with them and I wish I didn’t I was poked by 3 different ladies including one from front desk!! (Stupid of me to let them I know) Sadly I would not return as I feel this is just about insurance and $ not the patient, their safety or the babies!"

"The most unprofessional medical office I have ever been to. I have a high risk pregnancy and thankfully I was referred to a high risk doctor because they have taken excellent care of me and my unborn baby. I am now 38 weeks pregnant and have told them for over a month I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, for some reason whenever I go for my appointments they keep reprimanding me for not taking my glucose test when it's on my file and I have told them numerous times. My sister, who also was a patient here, wrote a review about them. I went for my appointment 36 weeks pregnant and when I went to check in the manager/owner of the office and wife of Dr, Lopez said "thank you so much for your bad review, just to let you know the doctor is having heart issues and we are all praying for him. If you had an issue with our service you could've told us". First of all, I didn't write the review, second if I wanted to write a review I can as it is my right, thirdly if the doctor has health issues and cannot perform his duties he needs to take time off. What she did was beyond unprofessional and I will be calling my health insurance to file a formal complaint as what she did is retaliation and she did it in front of the whole lobby. I am very hormonal and have a history of depression and this is the last thing I need from the people that I am trusting with my unborn child's life and mine. I was left crying in the lobby and no one came to check on me, thankfully I am seeing the high risk doctor again and don't have to see these unprofessional people ever again in my life."

"This is the best office, with the best staff. Both of the doctors there are amazing, especially Kimberly Navarro. She really educates you on the things you’re experiencing with pregnancy & made the tastiest, natural mother’s brew to help bring along my contractions after I was unable to dilate 2 weeks after my due date. They all really care about what they do because it’s reflected in the way you’re treated, like family. 10/10 best GYN doctor me and my mother ever had, anywhere."
