"I did not have a good experience as the lines were very long both times I went. When I finally got to the register, she was very short and dismissed me stating I would need to go online for what I wanted, which was a yard sign. She said I could call a number she gave me and they would provide assistance, which I did not receive. They are very short staffed and the worker was probably just overwhelmed."

"I was in dire need of a adapter/charger for my computer because I’m out of town and left mine at home. I had a terrible experience here. I understand being short staffed but I wasn’t even thanked for my patience, I’ll be right with you, noootttthiinggg. I finally spotted someone who said if they had what I was looking for it would be over there. I spotted another associate that had initially ignored me and she walked me over to the product. I did find the adapter. Spending 30 minutes in line is not ideal, and if I wasn’t in such dire need I would have put the product down and tried to find a different store to patronize."
