"I love them as a company in whole. I’m so glad they have many offices. Televisits. Online portal. Call center. Etc. I went to them as a child and now as a mom, I wouldn’t ever change companies with my kids. I currently see Dr. Gabriela Ferder. She’s quick. Explains it all. Takes your time with you and doesn’t waste time. She may be quick but gets all your questions answered. I’m new to her but I’m looking forward to continuing with her. Office staff is friendly. Only thing I’d say is front desk staff needs to smile more often. Remember you guys are the first and last face us patients see."

"The doctors and nurses are superb. My son is always taken care off. But… all of that is still barely worth it due to the unprofessional nature of their customer service and insurance people. You can never call and get any answer on the phone, you might get a call back at best, all bureaucratic hassle and difficult senseless rules to navigate. Can’t call the office, ever. Problems and confusion with insurance every time, and the attitude is that this is the patients problems. Office workers overworked and underpaid, small surprise they are rude and difficult. Pediatric associates is the result of doctors being dictated to by corporate money managers. This is not like the doctors us adults remember, that our families dealt with when we were children. The doctors are not in charge, just other employees following rules written to maximize profits. If you are looking for personal service or connection to your child’s doctors this place is not for you."

"Recently moved to the area, and all three of my kids needed a check up. They were quick to get us in, very professional, and helpful with the transition to a new office. The waiting room looked clean and more than enough room to have enough space between others. As for the visit, all three of my kids had to get vaccinations. They’re younger so it’s definitely tough to get them to sit through vaccinations for one let alone 3 all at once. They were incredibly helpful and kind. They assisted me as I have a baby who I was holding, and helped me with the other 2. They were gentle, and kind to my kids. They seen Dr. Oliva, she was very nice and answered any and all questions I had. She was patient and helpful. She had explained everything we had discussed. She was informative and took her time with us. Our whole experience with this office and the staff was great. Definitely recommend bringing your LOs there."

"I needed to get in asap as I had a newborn with specific requirements upon discharge from the hospital and it’s the day after Christmas. Was able to get am appointment the day of. Everything was efficient and the staff was friendly and kind. The doctor was also amazing. Very happy with our first ever appointment. It was very nice and enjoyable."

"This was absolutely the BEST visit I have had at any of the Pediatrics Associates locations. I took my two girls in for their annual checkups & we were in & out in no time. Not sure if the day & time (Monday at 8:45am/8:55am) has anything to do with it. However, this will be the time I go with moving forward. Overall the visit was great for a single full-time mom/employee like myself."
