"Horrible experience. My mother was prescribed a medication and upon going home and taking it, had a terrible allergic reaction to it. We tried calling the facility and have been waiting on hold for over an hour. The automated message keep telling me I’m first like and that they provide 24/7 care if you call the center but that’s obviously not true. Definitely not a place you would want to rely for your medical needs. Steer clear!!!"
"This experience has been one of thee most disappointing of all. I recently left my previous doctor. Due to the lack of knowledge, and lack of empathy. I was referred to this doctor office, but oh boy what a mistake. I have taken off from work 3 times just to not be seen by Dr Vanessa Inacio. I came into the medical center in high hopes to be cared for appropriately. I have seen the nurse practitioner on every visit. Very sweet personality, however my health is still on the line. I suffer from PCOS, ADHD, Depression, Hidradentis Suppurativa, and high blood sugar levels. I expressed my concerns, had blood work done. Just to be told that I have type 2 diabetes. My A1c levels is at a 8.3 %. I am currently on Metformin 500 mg. The nurse practitioner Senatus directed me to continue on the metformin. No prescription was prescribed, although numerous prescriptions are listed in my patient profile. after the second visit I complained about not being able to see the actual Doctor. I was told that I would be able to see the doctor in the month of May. Keep in mind I have been waiting since December 13th to see the actual doctor. I feel as if this experience has been a waste of time. I called to speak to Dr Inacio. The representative took my information and stated that Inacio would return my call. Another nurse came to the phone, I expressed my concerns thoroughly, and clearly. for a few minutes, just to be put on hold.....another lady got on the phone and stated. How may I help you. As if she did not know what the call was about. I commented to the woman stating, ma'am I just expressed my concerns, and medical problems with the last nurse, and you come asking me the same question. I politely told the woman to have a good day and God bless. I will be finding another doctor today. These medical staff are awful, everyone just wants your money, and can careless about what people's medical conditions. WASTE OF TIME."
"Terrible. They don't listen to anything one says. All they know how to do is blood work ups and take your money. Asked many times to submit precertification for coverage to my insurance plan and 8 months later and no authorization request services submitted to my insurance plan. And all they can say is idk we submitted everything. Then they say don't talk to me that way when I answer the doctor question 3 times. No habla Español?"
"I need to find a primary care provider. I have been with Conviva Healthcare for over 5 years, and they have gone from being just OK to absolutely awful! I can never get ahold of the referral department, and I have had to leave messages all over the office in order to finally get someone to calm me. It took 3 days to get the call. Also, If you happen to require Conviva's transportation service like I do, be warned that the service can sometimes get you to your appointment on time, but good luck with going home. Besides me, I have talked with other Conviva patients who have waited 1-1/2 to 2 hours and longer to get picked up and driven home. I have felt very badly for many seniors much older than me who have been forced to wait for 2 hours or more to get home. They are tired and hungry. It is just very inhumane and inconsiderate! I definitely DO NOT recommend Conviva to anyone!"
"About a month now I've had chest pain (a gripping sensation mid chest) I've explained this to front desk staff and asked if they can relay the message to the doctor prior to making my first appointment (about a month ago). A week ago the pain hit very hard. It was so bad I called conviva care center and asked if I could see the doctor sooner. The assistant said June 16th was available and I confirmed that date. Today is the day of my appointment and upon arrival I was turned around because the doctor didn't show. I was told the doctor tried calling and didn't get an answer. I showed her my phone's call log, proving I did not receive any call. I then asked her to read back the number in the system, turns out the last three digits were incorrect! How does that happen!? I'm not a new patient by the way. I asked the lady at the front desk if I can be seen today or tomorrow by any doctor, it didn't matter to me. She said unfortunately, no, the soonest appointment is July 20th 2020. I am out front in my car in pain right now! All I wanted was an ekg and to be evaluated because I know something isn't right. Not sure if my importance is undermined because I'm a young black female, but this is cruel and unfair."
