"Scammers ! They charged me for a procedure that they never done. I was suspecting fraud now I see it has happened to others. They are the most unprofessional ignorant , untrustworthy staff that I have dealt with in any medical office ever. BEWARE Please go elsewhere. This office is all about the money ."

"They overcharged me for the procedures that they did and when I called them to ask for refund they made up excuses that they sent the insurance the proper information. If they did then my explanation of benefits would have been correct with the proper copays. I called them over five times for my refund and always an excuse. Their billing department is very rude and said they can only give me a refund using the same payment method. Unfortunately I cannot locate my credit card so let's see how they are going to give me my refund. I will say that DR. Chirinos and his medical assistant were very nice. No complaints about them."

"Do not waste your time seeing Dr. Chirinos. First, he was one hour late to seem me. Second, he stayed not more than 3 minutes with me and barely heard my questions. Third, he prescribed me a treatment that he said himself it does not work. Fourth, he said that, for the second issue I went to see him for, I would have to return in one month because he was "running late" and he did not have the time to discuss that. Of course he charged the full amount for the visit for addressing only one of two issues I had, and in a poorly manner. What a disgrace."

"This place only cares about your money and nothing more. I’ve gone there for over a year for acne and have gotten very little improvements (While following the instructions exactly) and all Dr. Chirinos does is say come back in a few months and we’ll look again. I’ve had a relative have a similar experience where they want to do constant and unnecessary “check-up” appointments just to squeeze a few extra dollars from people. If you want to waste money for little to no improvements then go here, otherwise go to any other doctor imaginable. There’s a reason why they have bad reviews."

"Very very disappointed, they literally only about your money. My son pay the copay before he saw the doctor. When he went in, the doctor did a procedure and my son asked him before he start how much it will be, the doctor told him, it will not cost anything. Then they charge him $86 extra on top of his copay. After the doctor said it will cost nothing. Be aware they do whatever without consulting you before…. They lied straight to your face."
