"Totally unreliable!!!I went to their Oakland Park office end of January only to be told the equipment had malfunctioned and my x-rays could not be done. I was rescheduled for today at Coconut Creek and also was told after arriving that their one and only x-ray technician had called out sick and my x-rays would again have to be canceled. Was told they only have one x-ray technician employed who is part time and works 2 days a week. What a bunch of B.S...DONE WITH THEM. STAY AWAY!!!"

"Super sweet front desk girl (I didn’t get her name). Gave me payment options as well. And the lady who did my MRI was also very sweet and gentle. I did have with and without contrast. When she did the contrast injection she was gentle and it didn’t hurt at all. Overall a great facility."

"Time is money and services were quick with minimal wait time. The intake was quick and one of their representatives even assisted with my paperwork. They reverified my copay without hesitation. The technician was very professional and explained the test and answered all my questions and shared how the results would be disseminated. All in all the appointment was a pleasant experience."

"Longest wait ever! My apt was at 1:45 and I came early was the only one in the waiting room at the time. I waited a whole hour to be seen with multiple people who came after me going in. Ladies in the front seemed quite miserable not friendly. Technician was nice and quick but why is my apt meant for 1:45 and I get in at 3!? Thank goodness it was a fasting test and not a hold your pee test because I would have never made it!"
