Starbucks

"My business got 20 gift cards for clients and after giving them as gifts, clients called me and said there was no balance on the cards. When I called the store they said there was a “system error” and without the gift cards they cannot do anything. Can I go collect them? Sure. Will I? No. How embarrassing. I called corporate and went to the district manager and no one would help me, even with my receipt. Starbucks has NO way to check the cards without the physical card?? Such awful customer service. Needless to say, I won’t be supporting Starbucks anymore. And for all of you, I would double check your gift cards so you don’t run into the same problem as we did."

"Great service but Sunday mornings are very busy therefore very noisy. Bring noise canceling headphones if you need to get work done whilst enjoying your coffee. I wish they would put felt bottoms on the chairs so they don't screech when moving them."

"Starbucks gives away the used coffee grounds for me to use as compost in my landscaping. Good for the environment by not landfilling the large amount of product they make every day."

"Everytime I go thru the drive thru, service is speedy. When I walk into store, it takes them over 10 minutes to make a drink, because they're making drive thru drinks first. More than one barista is needed at this busy location, to handle drive thru orders and in store orders."

"The Starbucks on Seven Mile Drive is now open! We were visited around noon. This new store was fully staffed with friendly, enthusiastic team members. The inside seating area is larger than you expect, but unfortunately it is unavailable due to the renewed Covid outbreak. The outside seating area will be great when it is not 90+ outside. We enjoyed our visit and will return."
