"Waffle is no longer the thick waffle you used to get at Waffle House. Thin as a pancake now. One waffle almost $6.00. Place needs a remodel. So cold inside. Waitress told us the heat does not work. Food got cold as soon as it was delivered. Everyone was sitting in their winter coats to eat."

"Traveling around Florida from New York and this is my first time dining at a Waffle House. I told our server this and he said I will see what all the hype is about and would not be disappointed. He was absolutely right! Food was delicious and served quickly. What surprised me most was how the crew of 6 or so people worked so well together and all jumped in to help each other out in serving each and every guest AND they did it with a smile on their faces. They genuinely seemed like they were having fun. That’s a level of customer service that you just don’t see anymore. Don’t know if all Waffle Houses are like this but this crew should be commended for their level of service! I’ll surely visit this location next time I’m traveling in the area."

"Shauann a was great and very professional! We haven't had waffle house in year's, so glad we stopped at this location. Food was great, biscuits and gravy was fresh & the texas sausage breakfast was delicious!! Bacon was crispy and the waffles are exactly what was needed after a long drive. We will definitely return on our way through the area, a great experience for a hungry traveler."

"I walked into the restaurant and placed to go order. I’m very disappointed. Ordered triple scramble cheese with smothered, covered, diced hashbrowns, and bacon, and buttered toast, and what I received were regular eggs with EGGSHELLS regular PLAIN hashbrowns, with none of the items I paid for, and about eight slices of overcooked bacon that looks like they need to clean the grill since the bacon had burnt crumbs on them from prior food. I tried to call to speak to a manager, but they don’t even answer their phone call. I'm out of breakfast and funds. I was already 30 minutes down the road so I couldn’t turn around to go get either a refund or replacement. Also found the eggs to be undercooked. Zoom into the picture. Undercooked food can make someone very sick and can be deadly. Management needs to speak to the employees and make sure they’re doing their job correctly, someone’s life depends on it. At this point, I don’t even think this was my order the toast didn’t even have butter on it. I'm so disappointed"
