"This is one of my favorite SnS to stop at coming from Tampa or Tallahassee never had a bad experience BUT this one time the burger was still fresh and good the fries weren't they were to greasy tasted like someone re dropped them after I finished eating I got sick instead of recooking the fries just make some fresh or changed the grease other than that the service was great and fast"
"I stop here semi-regularly on a route I run. Got here tonight at 9:50 and went to open the door, locked. Kid behind the counter made a face at me when inrattled the door and refused to come over. Hours state 10-10. Gonna find another spot for a burger, I guess"
"This is not what Steak n Shake is known for. Now,it's just a glorified fast food place 1) You order and pay at a kiosk 2) Sit and wait for your order until called by your name. Go to counter and pick up your food and drink 3)Bus your own table and asking for a 20% tip??!! I should have walked to Burger King or McDonald's, I would have gotten better food as well."
"It took absolutely forever and we probably wouldn't have gotten our food until NEXT WEEK if we didn't keep trying to get their attention! We put in an online order for ASAP and it took over 30 minutes while everyone else was getting a whole bunch of stuff when they hadn't been there long. And to top it all off THEY MESSED UP OUR ORDER and I was trying to be SO patient until they messed up the order so now here's a review!"
"I ordered and my order took 32 minutes to get ready and my order number was 181 and there is 5 orders after me and they were ready before my order 182 , 183 , 184 and when I asked them where is my order ? then they bring it to me so it supposed to be in order and don't take that long specially that I am a truck driver and we are at a truck stop and we only have 30 minutes to brake not to wait 32 minutes for the order ..."
