"Their management is terrible. I ask the cashier who that may woman was cursing abs yelling. To my astonishment it is the store manager Lala. Their corporate should be aware that the atmosphere there is not one customers can relax and ebbing their meal. She's a terrible, nasty, rude woman. Some of the best employees that were there left because of her. It's a shame because Wendy's is a good restaurant"
"The morning and lunch workforce are excellent at service, fast attentive, and polite. I’m an understanding man. Anytime after 830 I have a completely different opinion about this store. I can list off all of the terrible things I’ve encountered but find it much easier to go down the road to Zaxby’s."
"Now sure where they find the employees here but the incompetence is strong with all of them. Went inside to order and I think I watched 4 different people go up after they got their food and say it was wrong, cold, or incomplete. When I got my food, the order was wrong and I didn’t get the frosty I ordered. (I sure wasn’t surprised after watching every other person complain) Then it takes another FIVE minutes to just get me a frosty - I didn’t even mention the sandwich being wrong after watching another guy wait for 10 minutes for them to remake his. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to."
"This location is struggling bigtime, Leaves customers waiting at the counter, employees not cross trained, people standing around with so many things that need to be cared for. Wendy's installed all the kiosks at locations but they don't scan QR codes. Cleanliness needs attention I hope they can get it together !"
"Asked for a Wendy's Frosty I was told they were out. I felt as if they were just saying go away you should know we don't have Frostys at this time. I replied do you have any desert items available. I've been on the road all day just looking for a nice pick me up. They said No desert items available. So I ask do you have a chilli cheese fry figured at least that may work to cheer me up a bit. I received cold fries with watered down chili and sloppy cheese source. Tasted like water. I guess the manager and employee were to worried to even greet me they just kept talking about how they don't get paid enough to work there with their backs facing me at the drive thru window. Very unprofessional and inappropriate employees."
