"This business doesn’t care about their customers. I travel and stop here because it’s right off the interstate, I ordered my food after waiting and honking my horn 8 minutes later. I was told the basic first window and paid then moved to the second window, Nobody came! I honked my horn and knocked on the window….nobody came. Two cars behind me got out of line and went inside, so did I Two young employees dancing in the back, no one in front and I politely asked the girl,who took my payment, if my order was ready and she said, “someone will help you” Seriously! I flagged down a kid and got part of my order Tonight my son went to hopefully have a better experience, 22 minutes later… no one answered the drive through!!!! Management needs to know this.."
"Ordered 3 steak egg & cheese bagels....simple enough, right? Except only one had cheese. I'm just confused how that happens when you're making 3 of the same things. They also barely had any onions, and not enough sauce so the ones without cheese were just dry. Not to mention it took very long for a drive thru."
"We wanted to have some pies and they were not in stock. But the employee Amanda was super nice and helpful, she baked us fresh ones at the store. I highly recommend her and this location."
"This is without a doubt the slowest McDonalds I have experienced. Tonight I placed my order through the app 20 minutes before arriving and still had to wait 15 minutes in the drive through to receive my food. I’m honestly impressed by how this could even be possible. Sadly this is the most convenient location when I’m heading home but I really think I could buy the ingredients from the grocery store in less time. This experience has nothing to do with the time of day as it’s always like this…. But at least it’s consistent."
"It was an excellent experience. The bathroom were clean, the staff extremely courteous and friendly. We ordered three meals #2 with no salt. All the orders came out to perfection; without salt and hot. One of the employees brought us our food. She was smiling from ear to ear. The parking lot is well lit and ample."
