"I've been to this office since my daughter was about 2 months old and the care and service i have received would absolutely qualify this practice as a "concierge service practice quality" if your in the medical field or have any knowledge you would know that for this type of treatment you are paying a pretty penny for it. Its clean, welcoming and friendly. The receptionist is awesome and very personable-Chela or Chila i believe her name is. she goes above and beyond and her outgoing and grand personality suits the patient flow for this practice. Its a busy practice with lots of patients and she can keep up with it. The doctor is very nice-Dr. Hernandez and love that she has late appointments for working moms. she seems knowledgeable and in general interested in the well being of her patients. To the staff, thank you for being able to answer my questions the 100 times i call and for your care and quality of care you provide from check in and check out. sincerely, a first time mom"

"The receptionist has the worst attitude after I’ve been waiting over 7 days for blood test results that I was told I would get SAME DAY! I was told my son may need to go to the hospital right away so they would let us know blood test results immediately. Every single day my wife has been calling and the receptionist has been nothing but disgusting and nasty. A horrible human being for talking to us with an attitude as if we were stupid. We were told it could be an emergency with risk of hospitalization!!! Every day this lady says she will call back or let the doctor know. Then tells us we need to wait and think about how long blood tests take, after she’s been lying to us every single day. Doctor was nice, but for emergency care this place is absolutely useless and you will never find out if your child needs hospitalization. This receptionist and doctors office has no possible excuse as to why over 7 days have gone by and no blood test results for a potential serious problem that requires immediate hospitalization. We told same day/next day results the latest. What possible reason is there for them to lie to us each day, “oh doctor will call you back today, I’ll let the doctor know”. Still nothing but a nasty attitude when I call. The owner deserves to know, they need to FIRE the receptionist if they care about their reputation and to avoid lawsuits down the road, this is crazy"
